Profile:  HR Admin
Designation: HR & Admin – Front Desk Executive
Location: Mumbai
Qualification: B.Com / BBA
Salary range: As per industry standards
Experience required: 5 years
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage Front Desk activity.

  • Manage Payroll and HR Activity.

  • Monitor Admin Staff and supervise Office upkeep.

  • Maintain Petty Cash and Incoming/ Outgoing posts.

  • Other admin activities

Eligibility Criteria – 

  • Fluent in English Speaking and writing skills.

  • Presentable and well versed with Office etiquettes.

  • Schooling in English Medium, minimum graduate.

  • Proficient with MS Office tools.

  • Manage Incoming/ Outgoing Posts.

  • Work-ex of atleast 5 years preferred with Front desk role.

  • Should be staying in radius of 10 kms of Andheri with travel time not more than 45 mins door to door.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • B.Com/BBA

  • Positive attitude, good communication skills, multitasking and team player
