Job Description

       ·         Roles & Responsibilities:   

·         Support the Reporting manager in complete Corporate & Transaction advisory work

·         Interact with the Client and its commercial, finance, and accounts team to seek information required to carry out the assignments of the client

·         Prepare all documents required for debt syndication and interact with the banks and institutions to process the same.  Preparation of the MIS required by the  client and handhold the client’s team till they independently handle the same.

·         Review of various financial information of the client and evaluate the same with analytics and present report to the Manager/ Director.

·          Assistance in transaction advisory assignments.

·         Skill set required

·         Should have handled clients having turnover of more than Rs. 50 crs in the manufacturing sector

·          Excellent Excel and PowerPoint Skills

·          Should have experience in financial analysis

·          Strong analytical skills coupled with business and commercial acumen

·          Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

·          Added Preference – Worked on M&A transactions, corporate tax knowledge, and Company Law matters.

·         Notice period: 30 Days (In case of experienced candidates)

·         Mode of working: No work from home

·         Location of candidate: Local candidates preferred i.e. Mumbai
