About the Company : Leading company in health care sector 

Designation- Manager / Chief Manager

Department - Finance & Accounts

Location- Old Airport Road, Bangalore

Experience required & Salary- Consolidation and Financial Reporting profile exp

Manager - 2-4yrs - 14-18Lp.a.

Chief Manager - 4-6yrs - 20-25Lp.a.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • -Timely completion of limited reviews and year end statutory audit.
  •  -Implementation of new accounting standards.
  • -Preparation of variance analysis for the financial statements.
  • -Support in maintaining HO books and timely reporting for HO MIS and Budget.
  • -Monthly review of Balance sheet reconciliations with unit finance team.
  •  -Review of tax computations for audit and various tax filings, support for timely filing etc. and involve in tax efficient initiatives and impact areas.
  •  -To improve process to ensure efficiency in reporting by involving in various automation initiatives mainly around consolidation and quarterly reporting.
  •  -Training new joiners in various systems/processes in the organisation and technical training on various aspects of accounting and taxes.
  • -Attend trainings and other forums which will help in core and new initiatives.

Skill set required

  • -2+ years post qualification experience into Consolidation
  • -Deep knowledge of Ind AS and preparation of financial statements
  •  -Experience in Healthcare / Hospitals / FMCG / multi-unit retail/ preferred.
  •  -Advanced Microsoft Excel
  •  -SAP knowledge preferred
  •  -Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
  • -Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • -Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
