Roles and Responsibilities:
● Assisting in maintaining the claim/billing process by verification of income with vendor/customer confirmation
● Generating invoices/Debit notes and account statements
● Clearing of receipts entries in vendor/customer account
● Maintaining requisite records and reconciliation across fields on a defined timelines
● Ensure all the transactions are approved as per authorization matrix and appropriate documentation & filing is maintained for every single accounting transaction
● Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from rest of the accounting department
● Ensure all the requisite input are captured in operations
● Ensure cash flow is appropriately recorded for the organizations operations on a defined periodic basis
