·      Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment
1.       Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
2.     Work with the Business Line or Functions to meet their strategic resourcing/recruitment needs
3.     Assisting in building strong talent pipelines & forecast requirements
4.     End to End employee life-cycle management
Comp & Ben + HR Compliances
1.       Analyze and modify compensation and benefits offerings to establish competitive advantage in tax consulting space
2.     Conduct salary market research to define benchmarks
3.     Payroll coordination & Employee Benefits
4.     Handling Statutory and labour compliances for all employees
5.     Comply and forefront ISO Audits
Performance Management
1.       Support the implementation of performance management, processes, and tools
2.     Proposing new HR initiatives to recognize and motivate the employees
3.     Coordinate work closely with appropriate stakeholders to drive PMS
4.     Handle employee relations and performance management issues, applying appropriate policies and guidelines and escalating cases when necessary
5.     Support in conducting Assessment Centers for senior management level promotions/development
Learning & Development
1.       Collaborate with L&D vendors to support business using training needs analysis to identify and provide training solutions to employees
2.     Seek and gather information from management, employees and other departments regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and constantly seek to improve
 
Business Partner support
1.       Serve as a link between Partnership and employees by handling work-related issues
2.     Uphold the highest ethical standard and provide advice to the businesses you support to ensure they are compliant when dealing with people related matters aligned with our culture
3.     Using experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organizational design, employee engagement and talent management
4.     Conduct regular career development interviews with identified employees and complete recording feedback after each meeting
5.     Advise Stakeholders on policies, and procedures and recommend changes if needed
HRIS & MIS
1.       Working on HR Automation
2.     Preparing the central HR Dashboards & HR MIS centrally for the entire level
