Key Responsibilities

Ø  Assistance in preparation of global transfer pricing documentation.

Ø  Assistance in undertaking benchmarking analysis on global databases.

Ø  Performing qualitive and quantitative analysis of the companies.

Ø  Computing margins of comparable companies from the annual report / Form 10-Ks, databases.

Ø  Conducting and drafting industry research studies.

Ø  Conduct transfer pricing research based on web-based tools and or case law jurisprudence.

Ø  Provide internal updates on global transfer pricing developments and assistance in preparation of presentation, newsletters, articles, etc.

Ø  Performing administrative and analytical work as assigned.

Requirements

Ø  Qualified or Semi-Qualified CA or Full Time MBA (Finance / Commerce / Economics / Business Administrative).

Ø  1 to 2 years of Transfer Pricing experience in transfer pricing.

Ø  Experience in Global Transfer Pricing will be preferred.

Ø  Excellent MS Excel Skill with ability to handle complex data problems.

Ø  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.

Ø  Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.

Ø  Willingness to work in flexible work schedules based on Global Time-Zone requirements.
