Job description:

 

  1. Assisting and coordinating with various stakeholders in LLP deed drafting, reviewing, and finalization.  
  2. Location-related deed compliances. (Renewals etc.,)
  3. LLP Annual Compliances with MCA. Reviewing and coordinating to File Statement of account and Solvency, Annual Return. (E.g. Form 8 and Form 11)
  4. LLP ongoing Compliances with MCA. Designated Partner/ Partner Addition, Retirement, DPIN, DSC, Certificate of Incorporation changes etc., Getting the consent form and filing. (E.g. Form 13 and Form9)
  5. Policy-related compliances related to Insider Trading. Ensuring adherence by all stakeholders and maintaining data in Uberall tool, including a list of members, approvals, rejections, etc.,
  6. Other policy-related compliances relating to GDPR, MSME, Anti Bribery, Conflict of Interest. Ensuring policies are periodically revisited and kept up to date with changes in the law
  7. Compliances relating to sister entities (Dubai, Singapore, Gratuity, and Foundation).
  8. Reviewing various cross-entity agreements and ensuring these are kept updated.  
  9. Other compliance-related tasks  

Salary: 5 to 7 LPA

Exp Required: 2 to 3 years in compliance work
