Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Preparation
of planning checklist, analysis of risk and materiality level, overall review, and budget
the hours required to complete the audit.
2. Select the sample according to risk and size of the client
and send it to UK
3. Check the
correctness of the sample, do proper review of the financials, raise the
queries with UK team etc.
4. Preparation of audit report and relevant schedules etc.

5. Communicate
with clients as appropriate in a positive and constructive manner. Attend
to client queries and resolve them (through coordination with UK team as
necessary) .
6. Allocate/
delegate work to subordinates.
7. Daily
meeting (and call) with team members to allocate/delegate the work and setting
the work priority and deadlines.
8. Report
problems by exception and constantly improve process. E.g., only escalate
a problem if cannot be resolved by peers (equals).
9. Coaching
subordinates.
10. Thoroughly
check the work prepared by subordinate(s)
11. Provide
coaching and training to subordinates. Help to promote them by identifying
12. performance
gap(s) and train them accordingly.
13. Additional Tasks as required
