It commissioned its first community boiler project in Sachin GIDC, Surat catering to the need for steam to several industrial units in the vicinity. Currently, the company is acting as a steam supplier to various industries in Sachin, Vapi, Ankleshwar, and Sarigram and is in the process of starting operations in Nandesari, Dahej, Panoli, Ankleshwar phase-III, and Tarapur 60 TPH.

 Roles & Responsibilities:

As Deputy CFO, you will be acting as a shadow of the CFO and assisting in the Finance Controlling activities:

  • Annual budgeting & Business plan
  • Monthly book closing (Book closing, Assets, and Working capital)
  • Cash flow management
  • Costing
  • Statutory compliances
  1. Review of audit & IFC implementation
  2. Mergers & acquisitions
  3. IPO
  4. Other compliances
  • Banking & financial management
  • Claiming eligible benefits, refunds & schemes
  • Inorganic growth
  • Team management
  • ERP & Systems
  • MIS
  • Insurance
