Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Analyzing the company's financial performance, identifying the best financial opportunities and providing suggestions for financial decisions.
  2. Performing internal or external audits to ensure that the organization's financial records are accurate and in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  3. Maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring that financial transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
  4. Preparing financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, and ensuring that they are accurate and in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  5. Prepare monthly MIS with schedules of all the expenses and balance sheet items as well as Month-end closure and provision of the expense.

Required Candidate Profile

  1. Should have a strong background in finance and accounting,
  2. A good understanding of business operations and strategy.
  3. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information.
  4. Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Oracle.
  5. People with endless curiosity and hunger to learn
