·     Qualification: MBA / semi qualified CA



Roles & Responsibilities:

  • . Perform ground level work relating to comprehensive financial advisory work

    . Perform ground level work relating to consulting and transaction advisory

    . Review of various financial information of the client and evaluate the same with analytics.

    . Support in preparation of MIS required by the Client.

    . Prepare all documents required for consulting, including debt syndication.

    . Provide legal advice and review the legal agreement.

    . Tax Planning for the client


Desired Candidate Profile:

. Strong analytical skills coupled with business and commercial acumen

. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint




Education Qualification
